Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a Call from Mr. Bhanu Gummadi Sir on **th of December **** regarding the Job Offer from ** Students.(JRSPF TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED)

Initially itself I said I'm not interested in this role as I'm looking for a Pure Remote Job but Bhanu Sir convinced me to accept the offer by giving some offers like he said he will give me * years career plan, No need to do marketing or bring leads initially and I need to concentrate purely on * Colleges namely *. JNTU, Kakinada *. GIET, Rajamahendravaram *. Vignan University, Visakhapatnam.

On Joining day Bhanu Sir came to Kakinada, Picked up me and we had went to Rajamahendravaram(RJY).

On the way, Sir gave an outline about the company and the business and he said me that I need to stay at RJY for around * Month and even said me that company will be paying for the hostel or room.

Later, Sir went somewhere from RJY airport and I came home and I kept on follow up with him but there is no proper response ie; didn't lift my calls for *-* days, then after *-* days I got call and I was said to be at home for one week, No need to go anywhere.

After few days I again got call from Bhanu sir and I was said to prepare a course in **learn.com but I found that I can't able to create one since I don't have complete rights.

I had waited for another week and got information that I can't create any course.

Then again Bhanu sir said me to shortlist colleges - Junior colleges, Degree and Engg. Colleges and pitch for LMS product on *th of January, He said he will assist to close the deal and asked me to get for an appointment.

Being clear, I just got just idea about the product but I never even got * Hr or not even ** Mins of Training and how can anyone expect me to get an appointment from a college? Since I'm from another field, how can I understand a new product without training?

In between I had made a call to HR and got some clarifications.

Bhanu sir is always busy and I was unable to do anything, When ever I call, He will barely talk *-* Minutes.

While I asked for Salary on *th of this Month, He is talking in another version.

He is saying there is nothing done by me and how can I expect salary and he is saying that for * Weeks I will talk and that too later.

Due to this process I lost many job opportunities in between, and since I was Hired I need my salary to be paid as because it is clearly mentioned in OFFER LETTER that FIXED COMPONENT is Rs. *,**,***/- P.A.

There is nothing in my hands if I didn't get proper training input from the concerned team.
