- Rude staff behaviour Open
My mother used to travel every * /* months to Kolkata for her treatment. She is a wheelchair patient. Staff forbade her to board the flight unless a doctor's permission letter is shown. Despite producing the above-mentioned letter they again demanded another letter with doctor's registration number. Meanwhile, the staff has forbidden her to board the flight & asked her to take the next flight * hours later.
Despite her wheelchair condition staff stopped her for * long hours at the airport & didn't even ask her a glass of water (so in-humane act ).
Please let me know if something would have happened to her, who would be held responsible. Please look in the matter & take appropriate action against the concerned on-duty staff.
