- Rude behaviour of a customer care executive at Vodafone store Closed

I don't want to blame the complete system of customer care executives in Vodafone store. But I had a worst ever with a customer care executive by name "Sudha" in the Vodafone store in our city.
I can't understand how such people who doesn't have minimum knowledge of how to deal with customers were assigned to such a role. I'm currently using a Vodafone postpaid service. When I went to the store previously to change the authorization of the Sim and also to change my postpaid service to prepaid, I was given a token number. And no one follows the sequence. There are only three to four customer care executives on the store where only two of them are working less and chitchatting more. When I went to one of them after waiting for a long time, the way she behaved was " the worst experience in my life " I can say.
This is the first worst review I've ever given my life. Her behaviour made me to do so. My issue isn't solved and I've decided to Port my number to another network. But before that I just wanted to let you know how pathetic your store executive is..
One of my friend also has such a bad experience in the same store with her. And they've ported their two postpaid sims to another network .
I can provide the details if necessary.
