- Rude behavior and unsolved query Open
I tried to chat with customer service on Amazon. See it in attached file.
For the first time when I contacted them , I explained what my problem is. They just keep on forwarding me from one person to other. After forwarding me to *-* persons. The last person just closed the chat without answering my query. I feel very bad.
I tried to contact them second time. This time I told them that previously I had a chat and they just keep on moving me back and forth and the last person closed the chat without any answer. They said this time it will not happen. Again I explained them my problem.
They again started transferring me from one person to other. Unfortunately the person that closed the conversation last time without answering my question again comes in front of me. When I read his/her name. I said previously you closed the chat without answering me. You can check in the screenshot and then suddenly he/she closed the chat again. What is this?
