We were recently in Darjeeling and booked rooms through OYO, when we called the property for the address he flatly denied to provide the address and said the rooms were full. We were * families stranded by not knowing what should be done, we were calling oyo frantically but the response time was so pathetic and they kept assuring a call back but none of them did actually call. After a while we received a call from another Hotel stating they had * rooms but the demand was that ,they need the payment in cash only. They also said whatever we paid for earlier booking cant be adjusted in this Hotel. So with no choice left, we checked in. To our dismay we were provided some shady rooms not clean no hot water and absolutely disgusting environment
I was told by the oyo guys my payment done for the earlier booking would be returned in * days i am still waiting my advise guys please do not book through Oyo they have picked all disgusting properties which are not advisable for family.
