I tried to check-in at hotel Kanta Shrawan, Bhopal on *rd Oct ****, showing hotel confirmation voucher for two nights stay with breakfast and dinner promise for Rs. ****. Goibibo booking I'd is: HTLWS*H***, PNR **********. Hotel staff told me they have stopped goibibo booking from *st Oct ****. I contacted goibibo who failed to convince the hotel. Goibibo asked me to register complaint for refund which I am unable to do as their online platform is not responding to my complaint. I had to stay at the hotel by paying from my pocket for two days. Please get me the refund from them. Worse still, I am getting repeated mails from them asking my experience as though my booking was honored
