- Roaming pack Open
I had activated roaming pack for my travel in China during last month. I had activated ** days pack for Rs.**** with * GB data as the maximum limit.
Later on, i have received the bill where in, i have been charged exorbitantly for the data. Upon checking with Airtel customer care, i was told that i exceeded the data limit of *GB during roaming. Now, my question is,
*, when i have activated the pack which has a maximum limit of *GB, why was i allowed to use data beyond the limit.
*. Why wasn't there an alert from Airtel that my data is getting over or its over already.
*, Then, what is the point of having a data pack activated then?
*, How can i track my data when i don't have any mechanism to do that.
As its not my fault, i strongly suggest to remove the data charges from my bill which was consumed when i was roaming in China.
Pls take it up with Airtel as its like a cheating.
