Complaint filed against: Zomato
My Zomato rider asked for my phone to take order photo and during that time he rated himself as 5 start which I was not intended to give and when I asked him why he did this he said it's a company protocol and he was abusive and unprofessional. I want action to take against him.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
