I had purchased a Samsung Microwave from Paytm mall on **th Sept, **. I received it on *th Oct, ** but it was in a highly damaged condition for which I immediately raised a Return Request. It has been * days but still there is neither any relevant communication nor the pickup for the return.
Their customer care executives taken ages to come online by when our mobile balances get over mostly.
