I am Ashwin Jamgade, I ordered a boat bassheads ***v* wired headset in black. My order number is Order #*******. My login email ID is firstname.lastname@example.org, Once I get my order, I checked the quality of the headphone, and I found that the headphone is not working correctly when I was talking on a call the headphone's sound was not coming correctly and another person was also not getting my clear voice. In this product mic and speaker is faulty I can not hear properly, so I would kindly request you to return this faulty product order and return my money. It's been four days now, did not get any solution yet.
