I ordered a kurti on *st sep ****. It delivered on *th sep was not of my size so I created it's return and on *th sep, in app it's showing the pickup agent came to my home and marked the product as mismatch product. In reality it never happened, pickup agent never came at my door step and it didn't came to my knowledge till now. Then some tragedy happened at my home. So I wasn't able to contact customer care team then. I tried to reach them out today(*.**.****) and the team blamed me for all this happening and they can't help me in any manner. Meesho never send me any notification regarding rejected pickup so it never came in my knowledge from their side until I checked on app today.
