It has been * months since making the payment of the processingfee for my Canada Visa (Invoice Number: NWVISA/****-****) but I don’t see anyprogress till now. Ø I have requested to amend the “TechnicalEvaluation” report as it was prepared based on a hypothetical IELTS score but the revisedtechnical score is not shared yet. Ø Agreement copy, which is supported to be sharedwith the customer, is not provided even after * months. Ø From Nationwide, Neetu Sabharwal was appointed as the point of contact for me. When I asked about a copy of the agreement, ratherthan giving me a timeline she rudely said that she is not the point of contactfor this as this has to come from the documentation/billing team. Thisrude behavior is certainly not expected from someone servicing the customer.When I asked her that i would like to get realign to someone who cananswer my question appropriately and she bluntly said then"don't call me". This was the *rd instance till **thApril since my association with Nationwide. o Reported the situation to Madhu Mishra, as sheis the branch manager for Gurugram and she appointed Chavi Khosla, who waspreviously introduced as a documentation team member” as my point of contact on *thMay but no luck in addressing my concern. Due to a reluctant attitude, rude behavior and no proper response from Nationwide associate, I request to refund my full money.
