- Replacing HP laptop Open
I have purchased an HP laptop for my daughter on **th July **** for attending online classes and I observed the issue of overheating and blanking off the screen and let it know to the seller and requested her to replace the same on **th of July ****. She advised attending the local HP service centre. I attended the HP service centre at Vadodara and they took it and returned me on **th of August **** stating that there is no issue.
Then, I approached HP customer Care and Mr Sayan (HP Customer Care Executive ) stated me to reset the system. I made it.
Later on, I checked the laptop in the evening and observed the issue is still there i.e. overheating issue. I again contacted the HP Customer Care and requested to please replace the system as I am facing trouble since purchase. Mr Debasis (HP Customer Care Executive ) assured me and stated that I appoint an Engineer to visit your home and check the issue on **th August at **.** hours. But, no one came and even contacted me.
It's very shameful to HP to harass a genuine customer. I own three HP laptops including this one. Please make-believe on part of service too.
I am very upset and feel cheated now and writing this complaint on the very heavy heart to please intervene in the issue and instruct HP to replace this damaged system.
