- Replacement was denied Open
I booked a mi Bluetooth pocket speaker on *th May this year and received it on **th May. It was working but there was a noise while shaking. I contacted the nearby Redmi Service Center Kannur, Kerala ****** . I showed them the speaker was working but there was a noise and I asked them to repair. They took it inside and checked. They asked me the bill and agreed to replace it. Since I forgot to take the bill they asked me to bring the bill next day and gave back the speaker. I tried to switch on the speaker but it wasn't working. Since they had agreed to replace the speaker I thought they disconnected something and hence it wasn't working. As I was confident about the service I didn't enquire about it. I had many previous experiences with their services and I was happy with it. Next day I returned with the bill and speaker. They said it wasn't working and returned. I told them it was working till the previous day and they had verified it. He then agreed and received the speaker. Few days later he called me and said that the replacement was rejected. They argued that it wasn't working and it was me who destroyed it. I tried to explain but they kept blaming me. They said that the complaint was registered as "DEAD".
