I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the Samsung *** cm (** inches) Crystal *K Neo Series Ultra HD Smart LED TV, model UA**AUE**AKXXL (Black), which I purchased on January **, ****.
Initially, the display stopped working after *-* months of use. I contacted your support team, and the display was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, within the next *-* months, the replacement display has also stopped working. Now, I am being charged for this issue, despite it being covered under warranty.
Given the recurring nature of this problem and the short timeframe between failures, I believe it is unreasonable for me to bear any additional charges. I kindly request a thorough review of my case and a resolution where the necessary repairs or replacements are made at no additional cost to me.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
