With respect to above subject this is bring to your kind notice that, My name is Vinesh Narayanan, and one and half month back I wanted to purchase Huawei P** Pro mobile online with configuration *GB RAM and *** GB internal memory and I’m a regular online shopping person. One day I saw facebook marketplace ad, where seller was selling Huawei P** Pro mobile for Rs **,*** sealed packed and seller name was Dinesh Mani Pillai and his mobile number is +**-**********, I checked with seller and asked is COD available, if I place an order with you and he confirmed yes COD is available and all our communication was on phone call or on whatsup APP only.
The deal was first to pay Rs *,*** for blocking Huawei P** Pro mobile and later mobile will be shipped through EKART, by paying remaining money during EKART COD which was Rs **,*** in cash. As per the deal, I paid Rs *,*** for blocking Huawei P** Pro mobile and money was transferred on **th December **** through PhonePe APP to UPI: **********@ybl and seller confirmed the payment and sent me EKART tracking details within *-* hours and after * days I received mobile parcel from EKART COD after paying Rs **,*** which was my wife savings. When I unpacked the parcel and checked, it was fake china mobile named Samsung S**+ instead of Huawei P** Pro mobile, I immediately took small video and sent to seller through whatsup and called him for the clarification and he informed me that it was mistakenly sent to you and your parcel is sent to another person. I requested for refund immediately, but he requested me for *-* days that he will check with another person to send back the original parcel. I waited for * days and called seller again, he told me that another person after receiving the parcel, he has switched off the mobile and seller was not able to contact him back. I told no problem, but I wanted refund ASAP and I sent him all my bank details. He then told me that on Jan **th, ****, your money will be refund which did not happened.
On Jan **th, **** when I tried calling him someone picked his phone and was answered, telling me that he is out of station and cut the call immediately. After a week of time when called his number, he had blocked my numbers and only way communication was on whatsup. When I messaged on whatsup, someone used to respond me and tell me that he is not in station and let me know what I can help you and just chatting with me for some time and disconnect without any update about refund.
I was messaging him on whatsup every day, but no response. Last week when I called on whatsup someone picked and answered me stating, that Dinesh he is not here and I’m his friend and Dinesh told him that to replace mobile with new once without refunding money but demanded me to pay extract Rs *,*** for replacement. I was refusing first stating that, you send me mobile and I will pay remaining money during COD, but he was rejecting which cannot happen. Only after paying Rs *,*** I will send you mobile otherwise you will lose your money Rs **,*** until now you have sent us. I pushed for * days to convince him but he was not all agreeing and he told me if he is not sending mobile after I paying him Rs *,***, I can go to police or cybercrime to file a case against him and I trusted him and keeping that in my mind, I finally thought somehow he is not refunding me money or I lose Rs **,***, if I pay Rs *,***, I will be getting new mobile as he was refusing for refund. I made payment through BHIM APP to UPI: dineshkartick**@oksbi on **st Jan **** Rs *,*** again and got confirm from him that he has received the payment and he told me after * and half hours you will receive tracking details. Until * hours there was no response, I tried calling him on phone and messaged on whatsup but no response and by evening he blocked my number and wasn’t replying on whatsup to. Later in the evening he was checking whatsup message what i sent him, but still he was not replying, Then I came to know that I got cheated again and kept on messaging him and later he started messaging me in bad words and after sending bad messaging he was deleting the bad words sent to me through whatsup. I called him from my office number and checked because he blocked my numbers and I spoke to him from my office number and he told me, you will not receive any money or mobile and he challenged me that no police or cyber-crime can catch him and again he demanded me more money and started using abuse words on the call itself and I cut the call. Seller harassed me lot and waited until today but no money refund nor replacement I have received as on today.
