- Replacement of TV Open
I purchased a TV on **th Oct ****, from the very next day TV had issues. I registered a complaint regarding the same, the executive came saw and the things remained unresolved. There were two more complaints registered between **th oct to **th Nov. On **th Nov, the TV completely stopped working, the executive said that the motherboard needs to be changed, for which I demanded a replacement of the TV. After *-* days, there was a call from samsung stating that the replacement has been approved. And then for next ** days no update from their end. The service centre people are not picking up the calls. Yesterday when I called samsung helpline to get the update they said the request has been cancelled. This wasnt informed to me either. Now these guys are telling me that the senior executive will give you a call, and I have been waiting for the past ** days for the call to come but there is no revert.
