I bought the orbit Infiniti worth *k two months back. It worked exactly for a week then the display went out. Initially, they refused a replacement, saying I overcharged the watch, which was not the case. After continuous arguments, they agreed to replace it, but said that the product was out of stock and asked me to wait. It's almost two months now. After continuous follow-ups, they said that they could replace it with another watch which is way too lesser in price than the cross beats Infiniti watch. When I disagreed, they stopped responding to the emails. After hundreds of emails, they responded saying that the orbit Infiniti is out of stock and agreed to their replacement. I went through their product list and asked for another watch which is again lesser in price than Infiniti, but had almost the same features of orbit infinity (ignite spectra series with local music storage). They disagreed to send that. Now they stopped responding to my emails.
