I purchased the VIP sky bag on **st March ****. It tore within * days of use. I sent it out for replacement. The company provided me with a cheaper rate bag, a different model for replacement. ( MRP difference Rs ***). After a month of calls and continuous emails, the company finally agreed to replace the bag again. They asked for * days of time to do the same. Its been much more than that and I still don't have any clue when will I get the bag. They are just postponing this again and again. Its been almost * months since I first purchased the bag.
