- Replacement Issue with Xiaomi Open
I ordered 'Blue' Xiaomi Sunglasses worth INR *** from Xiaomi India website. They delivered black sunglasses instead. I made a complaint the same day informing that the Xiaomi has sent me the wrong colour whereas I ordered blue. I get an acknowledgement that someone will call me in ** hours. I get a call the next day followed by a mail asking for pictures. I explained the simple and complete situation on phone that I received black sunglasses whereas I ordered blue. I just want a replacement. To the email I replied with the pictures as asked. * days after that I get a response that the product was delivered intact and thus we cannot process the request and closing the ticket. The problem was wrong colour delivered and the response was on the lines of damaged product. When I called the customer service again, they tell me that ticket was opened under wrong category. They take a complaint again and again I get emails with same copy and paste response like before and not addressing the issue at all. I keep replying several time describing the issue again and again but they keep sending me standard copy/paste response without reading the complaint.
