- Replaced set top box but services not resumed. Closed
I am subscriber of videocond*h service. customer id is *********. The service engineer has replaced set top box after charging ****/- from us on *th June. Afterwards, services are not resumed. I have called customare care for ten times but they are not resolving the issue. Please take action. I am feeling like cheated.
