- Replaced Package is physically damaged Closed
II had bought a Mi A* from Mi Store and tge product was delivered on *st October. It had battery heating issues and I got it replaced.
The replaced device arrived today on **nd October **** at about **:**pm.
As soon as I opened up the box I found the device physically damaged. I did contact the customer care representatives thrice and filed a complaint.
As per the **days refund policy mentioned on your official website. I demand for a refund. I am done with Mi, I am never going to get any Mi Product because of your poor service. I believe You intentionally fool your customers, decieve them.
When I bought the device I could have bought it from flipkart but I bought it from Mi Store because the faith I had on Mi.
I have recorded the whole event when I did unbox the phone. I have also taken snaps of the major scratches on the top of the device with Oneplus *'s camera so that you guys can have a better idea how badly it is damaged.There are scratches on the top of the display, on the antenna bands. There are air bubbles trapped inside the plastic coating both on back and front of the device. Moreover there were fingerprints smudges and some white powdered substance there on the camera lens. I recieved a dirty used device. I did not expect this from Xiaomi.
I want a refund which Xiaomi India is not ready for.
