- Repeated breakdown of videocon service after upgrading to stream Closed

I hv upgraded to videocon d*h stream box, after upgrading repeatedly one problem or other problem is cropping up. Initially picture freezing problem appeared and service person has visited * times and changed lnb and charged for servicing and lnb. After that I hv to get account refreshed every week to keep watching channels.
Now insufficient balance problem has dropped up and for * moNth old box again they want service charges, whereas this is fault of the service and equipment provider.
Videocon d*h make note of above and resolve the issue permanently.
