booking a dream home (* Years ago) in Sahiti Sarvani Elite

to

Nightmare (False Commitments / Promises, Agony, Mistrust, Sleepless Nights) with no Security or Clarity on future

How it Started Off

The company promised cheaper prices (****-**** per sft) and speedy delivery to lure customers, with sweet talk. Buyers were compelled to make payments (ex: ***% Payment Mode -> * Lakhs on Booking Date, rest within **Days), citing prospects of a price rise once construction completes. Many people including IT employees too lured by using names of JLL and other reputed rating companies. All of them handed over their hard-earned money to Sahiti Group.
Current Situation

Today, many or all Customers cursing themselves or regret that they've ever involved with Sahiti in first place as neither the flats were handed over nor the company is returning their payments. Sahiti Group tried all tricks of the trade on the record and off the books. Started sending notices too on people taking lead to resolve matters in the best interest of customers, to the point where Customers do not have any proper channel to talk to Sahiti on any matters as their Support Group doesn't respond to messages / calls / emails.

Cancelled Customer's Troubles

Indefinite Repayment Timeline : Cancellation customer is unsure when their amount will be received. What it started with is a * Months timeline extended slowly to * Months, * year and to a questionable/indefinite time period. It's all left to Mercy of Sahiti.
Bounced Cheques : Many customers who've received cheques get bounced, re-issued when asked, get bounced again, and sometimes are told to not deposit cheques. Now in a state where even if a customer receives a cheque will be of no use.
Unethical Practices : Many customers expect them to be repaid on the FIFO basis. But lately seen Sahiti not following it, prioritizing members who do not have legitimate reasons or to avoid any backlashes of those who possess strong contacts.
Burning Questions

Where did all the money go ? : An estimated rupees of *** crores have been collected so far, with no progress on site, failure to repay with no funds, where did all the collected money go?
Is or Isn't land on Sahiti Name? : Project comprises ** acres of land, with no clear timeline of ownership transfer. How many acres do Sahiti own? Where are NOC from Sellers of ** Acres?
It'll be an epic to cover every aspect, story of Customers troubles with Sahiti for this whole * Years, so cutting Long story short, Customers are in anguish with the behaviour of Sahiti Group and this petition is to bring Justice to Sahiti Customers.

What needs to change ?

Telangana Government Involvement to protect/safeguard Customers for their money and any future wrong doings from Sahiti Group.
Sahiti group to Build Trust back with Customers with fulfilment than promises.
Sahiti group to provide Legalized Assurances to all Customers for their Money invested.
Telangana Government to provide support and bring extensive awareness to People to avoid falling in Real Estate Traps and if possible a Helpline for Real Estate Frauds/Victims.

Show case customers pain.
Involve Key Decision Makers to bring out Justice as multiple attempts to resolve matters with Sahiti MD / Group aren't fruitful or trust worthy (with no fulfilments but only promises).
