- Repalacement cancelled Open
I have raised a complaint about a replacement of MI Note * Pro on **th July, purchased from mi India site on **-**-**** and was delivered on ** th. I have contacted MI customer care more than ** times to resolve this issue and till now the issue is not resolved.
I have uploaded the images of the manufacturing defect of the phone. so they have raised a pickup request and the Bluedart people came and picked up my phone on
**-Jul-****. (Waybill No : ***********). Now xiaomi is canceled my replacement request by saying that my number is not reachable. However, I have mentioned in the email everything about the replacement. I was busy during business hours, so I couldn't take the call however my email is active and they haven't updated with email.
Right now the phone is with Xiaomi warehouse and I need replacement or refund. Following are the complaint number.
