Hello sir, I have a house in palla Faridabad and a electricity connection provided by DHBVN in name of my mother (Sijhari Devi) having account no. **********.
I was getting very high bill during **** for which I filed an RTI and got my bill corrected. The revised bill was of Rs. **** in April **** , which I had paid.
Then the very next month i.e. May **** they sent me bill of Rs. ***** which is continuing till now , bill for Sep **** was of Rs. *****.
I had filed many complaints on grievance portal in between this duration, but no corrective action has been taken and complaint is still not closed.
Meanwhile DHBVN authorities have removed the electricity meter saying we have not deposited the bill.
We are facing lot of problem due to non-availability of electricity. This is totally non-human thing by the authorities that when a complaint is still not resolved in between they have removed the electricity meter.
Please look into the matter.
