I have purchased Moto E* plus * from Amezon with protection plan which is provided by oneassist. after diwali vacation, I observe my phone not charged properly so I will go moto service center . service center told me mobile phone is liquid damage so mobile not repaired in warranty. so i raised claim for the same to oneassist with proper documents in mentioned criteria of claim. however the insurance company rejected my claim mentioning that "CC**_UNEXPLAINED RESONS ". So like this oneassist company making fool to all by not giving services against protection plan.
