Hi i have recharged my wifi connection on Aug *th ****, *.** pm through samsung pay and the amount is also deducted , but still I have not got the internet connection also called the customer service regarding the issue many times but they said the payment is not reflected and have kept me waiting till now without refunding the amount and also they have not given me the internet connection, they only say that i will be getting call from the backend team and none of them are resolving my issue and due to this bad customer service from Hathaway i have decided to stop their broadband service and I want my amount to be refunded
