Complaint filed against: Vodafone
i have done the recharge of 349 rupees on 22 december 2017 which was including unlimited calling and 2 gb 3g/4g data for 28 days. after this recharge there was no data speed. when called to customer care they asked me to swtich off and on the mobile, server problem and asked to clear the cache and has passed the time 4 days and after that they registered the complaint and has told that problem will be solved upto 02/012018. but not yet solved. when i am using the internet data usage alert message is reflecting.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
