This is Aaliya this side I've booked my flights for **th of December **** from New Delhi to London (LHR) but due this COVID-** situation as the flights from India has been canceled. I am writing this complain to get my refund as it's been a month and so there has been no way to contact them. As I can't find any number of the customer service, neither the third party from where the tickets has been booked name travel*be has any customer service or have fake number where there's no response.
I had booked my tickets through skyscanner and from here the site takes me to Travel*be. I'm including all the relevant information as i hope to get a reply from you all soon with the information and the solution with my money as well.
I am a student and money matters to me. Waiting for your reply with a positive response.
