I booked a flight ticket from Kolhapur to patna during second phase of lockdown and as per government regulation I was eligible for full refund of the amount, which was successfully intiated by airlines a month ago for which I got the receipt further they asked me to contact travel agency through which I made a booking and since then I am constantly trying to reach Yatra, firstly they asked me to wait for *-* weeks and now it's more than a month I haven't received my refund from their side. All they do is send you an automated reply to every mail.
