I got a loan amount of ****/- from Mpokket on May **rd **** and I repay that loan on Jun **rd ****. But till now they haven't updated my Repay status in Cibil. So still now this loan is Active in my cibil status. So last month Cibil score has been decreased to -** points. Kindly need help to clear this isssue. Loan number : MK********ID********
