- Regarding KCC loan NOC Open

My husband takes the KCc loans from HDFC bank Vijaynagar Jabalpur. As of now he no more. After the death of my husband, I am arranging the overdue amount settled the loans on June **. The bank also provides me settlement letters but after * months my loan Noc still pending.
As per settlement they have mentioned Noc will be an issue after closure your loans. Jabalpur HDFC bank branch staff saying due to technical and operational issues NOC was a delay. But they are not given a satisfactory answer and not given a confirmed date to me.
Request to you please provide loan NOC on an urgent basis. Before you, I have complained about not getting NOC to HDFC Bank's Grievance redressal team and they assured to resolve the complaint about * days. I went to the bank branch continuously for * days but did not get any satisfactory reply. Later, I again complained to their Grievance redressal team but no response came. Request you to please provide my loan NOC.
