- Refusing to replace a laptop Open
I bought an Apple MacBook Air (**-inch, *.* GHz Dual-core Intel Core i*, *GB RAM, ***GB SSD) Silver on **th of June from amazon.in.I forgot my Apple ID password and hence my laptop got locked. So I went to the Apple service centre to get it fixed. However after examining the Apple team rejected my case saying that the invoice belongs to a third party and they do not entertain such services. Amazon is not replacing my product also.
