Team voxya here i am posting the letter which I have already sent to storehandymandy after discussing with police and national consumer helpline so Now you people can understand everything after reading all this
To Store Handymandy,
This is to inform you that i have purchased * dresses amount of rupees (***,***,***)and the total was (****+** shipping =****/- told by you only) on **rd of October this month for my daughter and made payment by paytm on that day only on your **********at *.** Am and inform you on **th after receiving the parcel around * O' clock and told you very clearly that two dresses are seems perfect and one seems little big of Rs .*** because that time my daughter was sleeping and i told when she gets up i will put on her that dresses and tell you the exact picture so you told me try to adjust means alter your big dresses of rs ***/- instead of changing so i told you i don't like the material also , afterthat i will try to alter it because it's not easy to send you again coz if i will return for exchange courier charges will me mine so will try to alter it but at same time i told you very specifically that if the dress is too big i will let you know and you told me ok for the same . After my daughter got up i had tried * dresses on her but as i told you the *rd dress was really very very big for her and i can't alter it because all the design will go off because the size of that dress is too big for my daughter . so i called you and trying to inform you but you didn't picked my call at that time and i drop message on your WhatsApp number on that i already chatting with you and transfer the amount on same number and after ** -** min you called me and refused to exchange that dress after listening whole issue. In evening i showed that dress to my husband and he started screaming on me and he also told me to inform you that kindly exchange dress otherwise we will take legal action against you and put your complaint to police , i had called you from that evening only to next day morning but you didn't respond my calls and then i dropped the message for the same on you number after receiving the message you called me and again refused to exchange the dress.so i went to police station as well for the same and they guide me to put complaint against you on National consumer Helpline and i do same and my National consumer Helpline docket number is ****** which i raised yesterday only after trying to asked you last time , they told me to send this letter and keep one copy with me and i am doing the same as per their instructions and they also send you mail on your stores email id yesterday only. now u have to exchange it asap otherwise they will take legal action against you.
