Dear Sir I booked a hotel through Agoda , hotel name is Arista Hotel Kharar Mohali.
Date of stay was * September to * September.
When we were there for checkin ,hotel reception refused us to checkin because they told we stopped working with Agoda and Oyo.
They told us to our contract with Agoda finsihed.
And we can't give you room.
It was booked on MRS air travel pvt ltd.
Booking ID *********.
I didn't get any complaint contact number or email id of Agoda.
So you are requested to kindly help .
