Dear sir ,
I purchased my handset samsung model m** on ** october last year which is in guarantee period .Its mirror was slightly damaged just after a month of using and since then it is working correctly . But in July month it suddenly stopped showing display and I went to service center they refused to repair free even in guarantee period blaming broken glass slightly * month ago ...I told them the display working fine since then but suddenly came issue but refused to repair
Now if we buy from Samsung they don't honour guarantee for their manufacturing issue why should we boycut samsung in future if this does not perform contract .
