Due to the COVID-** Lockdown my Qatar Flight (PNR: JK*QAN) was cancelled by Qatar Airlines itself. I did my booking in January *, **** through the infamous ClearTrip (TripID: ************). I requested for my refund, but I only got the generic email stating "Sir, we will issue the same in ** working days". After ** days, when I reached out to them again, they give me another excuse: "Qatar Airlines has not refunded us the money, so we cannot issue it to you". My transaction was done with ClearTrip, so irrespective of their dealing with Qatar, I should still be getting my money back. After speaking to Qatar Airways, they so happily mentioned that ClearTrip has not initiated any refund from them (Qatar) since the last * months! Having no job, they are blocking my money which could have been utilised in so many other ways due to this situation. Furthermore, ClearTrip has no-one picking up their landlines or replying to their social media. The only response we are getting, is generic replies. This has become mentally frustrating and a huge burden. I request for a full refund with interest, and an apology from the company's management for treating their consumers like nothing - as if their money and time is worth nothing to them.
