I made a booking through easemytrip from Delhi to jammu with booking I'd: EMT********
As its covid ** situation spicejet suspended their flight.
Spoke with airlines they said refund was already credited on April ** into travel agency account(easemytrip), till now I have not received refund amount.
I will recommend all of you who are reading this do not use easemytrip if u want to save ur money and time.
