Refund was not even initiated within promised time by zoom car and they have violated their own policy by saying error is there in system. Have spoken to ** diff ppl who gave all false dates for refund and finally one rude agent spoke and asked me directly why do u call so many times after informing refund will initiate after **st May. I can assure you can check call records and none said that. They are making fool of me. they have a refund policy of *-** days which is past and I have attached all proofs with booking ID
