- Refund Ticket Not Paid ^Open

Hi, I'm registering this compliant *th time. I would like to seek your assistance to get back my refund amount from "Smiley Trip Travel Agency" (who received amount from me). Actually, I have approached a smiley travel agent (Rep Name Prabu from Dindigul) for a Saudi quarantine package whereas I'm not satisfied with the service which was delivered to me and persons who joined along with me to travel to Saudi Arabia are not satisfied. But, anyway we reached Saudi and don't want to talk about these past occurrences and herewith would like to address the concern that the agent requested me to pay a certain amount (return ticket cost Rs.***** and he said its refundable only to show Immigration officer). Moreover, when I'm approaching the concerned rep about to refund the amount (he received the amount from Make my trip) and he is simply ignoring my messages\calls. Thus, seeking your support to get the amount as much as earlier. I will provide you the needed details/evidence for your perusal. But my prior grievance was transferred to MakemyTrip which is wrong, I have paid the amount to Smiley Trip. Thanks.
