I HAD BOOKED TICKETS FROM BANGALORE TO SHIRDI & BACK THROUGH SPICEJET & INDIGO RESPECTIVELY. DUE TO LOCK DOWN, FLIGHTS WERE NOT OPERATING. AS PER GOVERNMENT DIRECTIONS, THE AIRLINES HAD TO REFUND THE AMOUNT TO TRAVEL AGENCY OR TO CUSTOMERS. I GOT A REFUND FROM SPICEJET AFTER LOSING RS. ****/- BUT THERE IS CONFIMRATION FROM INDIGO THAT THEY HAVE ALSO INITIATED REFUND TO HAPPYEASYGO FOR RS. *,***/- WHICH THE TRAVEL AGENCY IS DISPUTING ON. AFTER A LONG WAIT FOR TEN MONTHS, I HAVE LOST RS. *,***/-. REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE JUSTICE TO ME.
