My flight was cancelled in **-**-****. It was cancelled by the airline itself due to the cyclone. I claimed for refund in goibibo. There it shows that the airline should approve the request. But when I called the airline they said that they have already approved and refunded it to goibibo. When will I get the refund? Atleast let me talk to the customer care service.
