Interest charges and charges Refund which charged during moratorium period and Lock Down period
Charges levied without any prior notice
RBI not announced any charges during the moratorium period while declaring moratorium
Nor RBI nor Axis bank intimated for availing moratorium will attract charges
After completion of moratorium bank started levying charges and interest without considering Covid ** issues and also affected covid ** customers and also paying dues regularly after completion of moratorium period
Complete world suffering with Covid **, and My family also suffering Covid ** and still suffering with
Covid ** and also very badly hitted business and income sources
Even Covid** damaged business trying to overcome business losses and Updated all pending Dues intime
During the moratorium period below mentioned charges debited to card account
