I bought a badminton racket from flipkart order #OD******************. Due to some reasons I have decided to return the product immediately after the delivery and initiated the return. Under the Flipkart return policy, I have ** days return window for the purched item. After the return request, I got a confirmation from Flipkart that the pickup will happen in * business days. Surprisingly on the *rd day, my request got cancelled. I contacted the customer care and they asked me to initiate a new request. With some frustration, I did the same. But they cancelled again. This time I asked them for the reason and adding to my surprise, they don't have any reason to answer. This time, they created a new request and asked me to wait. After a day this new request was also cancelled by Flipkart and by this time my return window expired and I can't create return request any more. With added frustration and feeling cheated, I contacted them on twitter and social media. After this they created return requests * more times and cancelled each of them on the next day to drive me crazy. After the final incident, they are not even reaponding to any of my questions. I am really cheated and planning to file the case in my district conaumer forum once I back in India next week. Nobody should ever get this kind of incidents from such a reputed company.
