Sir ,
Requesting to help the child with SD card not working Nd online classes not helping her as the child is finding difficulty in offline ( school classes ) and online class ( byjus ) .
Hensel I requested for the help .
To my surprise there is no mentor support and academic councellors and his senior is not answering my call .
My child is having hearing disability more than ** % , she scoring ** Nd ** in math and science subjects in last exam in school .
I want to try byjus as she needs more conceptual knowledge.
But I didn't know the syllabus syncing will be be an issue and more screen time in byjus which we are unable to continue .
Hence requested for refund request within in ** days of purchase .
