I bought an office chair on Flipkart from Green Soul Ergonomics. But they sent me a chair with MULTIPLE DEFECTS. I contacted both Flipkart and Green Soul Ergonomics and they arranged and reverse PICKED UP the defective chair, but are NOT REFUND even after getting the chair for more than * weeks. They MENTALLY HARRASED and are deliberately delaying with NO REASON TO EXPLAIN. I want my refund and will NEVER BUY ON FLIPKART, NEVER.
