Your Sterling Holidays have looted our hard earned money and misguided us on payment and denied cancellation for service when asking for urgent for HELP. They called us and denied a lot of things . They even misguided us and are trying to play with words while talking.
In a phase of pandemic where we just asked for cancellation they forced us verbally to write a SERVICE HOLD mail saying that they will take care of the refund . In this way they left us with no proof to have against them.
We didn't avail any service from them so as per the norms we should be refunded.
They also called my parents and tried to put some allegation on the character of my parents .
First i get call from * persons to pay EMI for which i already requested to stop.
Then i raise a complain to customer care who denied .
Then i raised it to escalation desk where they asked to give proofs. But since there sales people played with words so properly that we had some proofs but for HOLD EMI not cancellation they asked to write a mail for CANCELLATION which when i wrote so the next day they told us that its late.
If it was so late why this procedure was followed.
Due to COVID-** we begged them to return our Money.
After that there officials asked for **** cash which we gave and asked them for Bills but they denied saying that it will come with your Kit , we didn't receive any KIT and then again they started cross examining us whether where is the proof that you gave **** cash.
They took ***** from card which they gave as a proof but they also took **** in cash which they are denying straight away and forcing allegations on us that we are liars .
Needing immediate assistance against these FRAUDS AND MALPRACTICES.
These people were putting allegations on my parents that they are lying and they haven't paid any amount in Cash.
If its our hard earned money we remember every penny we pay.
These people were RUDE ENOUGH THAT THEY WERE LITERALLY HARASSING US BY WORDS.
