I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Kathmandu from Goibibo mobile app for *nd May ****. (PNR no. OXJIFI), BOOKING ID: GOFLIANDA**B***********. The Jet flight was cancelled by the airline. So, I requested a refund from Goibibo on **th April ****. The customer representatives promised that I will be getting a refund within ** days. I contacted them on numerous occasions but still, my refund has not been processed.
