I have placed an order of Baidhyanath cow ghee *L, Quantity-* on Flipkart on ** June'**** and paid the amount of Rs****.

On *July'**** Ekart ( Flipkart delivery partner) delivered a packet in which there were * different products. One was a bottle of Baidhyanath Bhringrajasav and other was Baidhyanath Amla.
I made a complaint to customer care on *July'****. They told me that I would get replacement for the same. On *July'**** Ekart delivery person came with replacement but didn't give replacement as he denied to pick wrong product and insisting that product should be same i.e. ghee. I explained him that I got wrong product and my complaint was for same. So this replacement is for the wrong product but he didn't agree and take back the replacement.
I again made call to customer care and they told me that they creating replacement once again.
On * July I got a message of failed delivery from Ekart. Message was" verification failed, can not be delivered as corresponding pickup item was rejected.
I again called customer care. They told me to wait till * July as this tentative date was mentioned in replacement order. On * July in the evening I called customer care to know about the replacement and they told me to wait till * PM. But nobody turned up.
On ** July I got email from Flipkart that replacement has been cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded.
On ** July I enquired about the status of refund they told me refund mail was not showing in their system and they again created replacement order.
On ** July same delivery person who came earlier on * July was at my doorstep with replacement. Again he told me the same thing and wrong item didn't get replaced.
On ** July I got email from Flipkart same as I got on ** July for refund.
On ** July when I enquired about refund they told me return period is over and neither refund nor replacement is possible.
I am a Flipkart plus customer using it for last *-* years.
It is not only about the amount moreover it is for their service and customer's faith which they have broken. They wasted my precious time and proved "Chori aur Seenajori"
